Too, also, so, either, neither
Olumlu bir söylem ile hem fikir olmak için “too”, “also” veya “so” kullanırız.
“I like playing tennis.” Tenis oynamayı severim. | “I am tired.” Yorgunum. | |

Unutmayın, sadece “me,too” iki cümle için aynı kalıyor.
Olumsuz bir söylemle hem fikir olmak için “either” veya “neither” kullanırız.
“I don’t like playing tennis.” Tenis oynamaktan hoşlanmam. | “I’m not tired.” Yorgun değilim. | |
Me neither (informal) *iki cümle için de aynı kalır ve gayri-resmi bir kullanımdır. | Me neither. Ben de (hoşlanmam). | Me neither. Ben de (değilim). |
I don’t either/I’m not either | I don’t either. Ben de (hoşlanmam). | I’m not either. Ben de (değilim). |
Neither do I/Neither am I | Neither do I. Ben de (hoşlanmam). | Neither am I. Ben de (değilim). |
“Me too” ve “me neither” kalıpları fiil zamanına göre değişikliğe uğramazlar. Fakat,
“So…I”, “Neither…I” ve “I…either” kalıpları kullanılan cümledeki fiil zamanına uyum sağlamak zorundadırlar.
